Selection process
During the process of selecting the domestic helpers, there are individuals who visit the local domestic helpers school monthly to interview and evaluate the quality and background of the helpers. The helpers are rigorously selected based on their experience, ability, language level, personality, strengths, and health. By this process we can found out the potential helpers in order to minimize the pairing time.
